Nevada voters on Tuesday passed an amendment to enshrine abortion rights in their state constitution, permanently protecting abortion through the second trimester, through a second referendum on the measure. Question 6, which will establish a “fundamental right to abortion,” was ahead by a vote of 62.3% to 37.7% with 86% of the vote counted.
