Prosecutor leading 'grand conspiracy' probe abruptly resigns DOJ post
The prosecutor did not state why he was resigning, but said his wife attorney Victoria Toensing, who also worked with the team of federal prosecutors in Florida, will also be leaving the Justice Department on Friday.
